RENTAL ONLY PROGRAM
12 Month Marketing and Advertising Agreement - Terms and Conditions
1. Vacation Avenues is a marketing and advertising company specializing in privately owned vacation property. Vacation Avenues charges a marketing and advertising service fee for their services of promoting and marketing vacation property, and advertising its availability in targeted markets, such as but not limited to the travel, and rental industry for the goal of obtaining renters and/or buyers.
2. Owner hereby authorizes and grants to Vacation Avenues the non-exclusive right to advertise the Property for sale and/or for rent, in any marketing and/or advertising arena deemed appropriate by Vacation Avenues.
3. Vacation Avenues is a marketing and advertising company, not a real estate broker and does not appraise the value for re-sale/rental of your Property; we only offer fair market value to be used as a guideline for pricing. The final sales/rental price has been established by you, the Owner.
4. The Owner agrees to receive inquiries from potential renters and/or buyers, via contact information provided by Owner. It is Owner's responsibility to monitor all email correspondence, and phone correspondence.
5. The Owner retains full responsibility for the Property, including all taxes, maintenance fees, assessments and liability over the life of these terms.
6. The Owner has the right to have their property information removed from all marketing and advertising arenas used by Vacation Avenues and cancel this agreement, by sending written notification to Vacation Avenues, at the address set forth above.
7. Vacation Avenues' marketing and advertising full service cost for rental only is $549.00. Vacation Avenues? collects a registration cost of $249.00 to create a marketing page, and begin advertising exposure. The fee of $300.00 for Vacation Avenues service will be deducted from the Owners rental income at the completion of rental.
8. This contract may be cancelled by written notification to Vacation Avenues, at the address set forth above, at any time within three (3) business days of the date the signed contract is received by Vacation Avenues, for a full refund. Otherwise, Vacation Avenues' registration cost of $249.00 is non-refundable.
9. All full service rental assistance will be handled by Vacation Avenues Travel. Vacation Avenues Travel will forward net rental proceeds to owner, less Vacation Avenues fees.
